How to Find Short Wedding Dresses That are Best for You

I need a few dresses for the Summer, can someone help me find some?

Alright. So,
This coming October, I'm going to be going to my best friend's Bat Mitzvah.
I need a really cute, vintage, dress, but without showing too much of my back, but I like pretty short dresses, above the knee (Colorful please)
And, this month, there's a dance coming up.
I was thinking about wearing a cute dressy top from Forever 21, with Jeans && Uggs, but I'm not sure & Need help.
And over the summer,
Im going to a wedding in Florida.
So I need a cute above the knee colorful dress.
