Victorian-style wedding dress/Miss Havisham from Great Expectations?

Does this look like an early 1800s/Victorian style wedding dress? Do high heels seem right for this era? I'm trying to draw a picture of Miss Havisham, a crazy old lady who got dumped on her wedding day from the book Great Expectations, by Charles Dickens for a class.
